If you are at the beginning of your design journey and simply want clarity, the Introductory Design Dialogue is a natural starting point. If you have a project brief and need a complete design package with documentation, the Design Narrative service covers that in full. If you are heading into renovation and want someone to walk alongside you through the build, Execution & Finishing Support is the service for that stage.

Our studio is based in Ampang Hilir, Kuala Lumpur, and most of our projects are within the Klang Valley. For the Introductory Design Dialogue, sessions can be conducted remotely. For projects in other parts of Malaysia, please get in touch and we will discuss what is feasible.

The Design Narrative & Documentation service is typically delivered in 6–10 weeks depending on the scale of the project and the number of revision rounds. Execution & Finishing Support, which runs alongside an actual renovation, usually spans 8–14 weeks. We discuss timelines with each client at the outset so there are no surprises.

Very little. A rough floor plan or photos of the space are helpful, but not required. We find that an open conversation often surfaces more useful information than a prepared brief. Simply come with a sense of what is not working and what you would like to feel in the space.

The listed prices cover our design and consultancy fees. Furniture, materials, and contractor costs are separate and depend on your choices and the scope of the project. We help you navigate procurement and can work within a defined budget where one is provided.

Yes. The Introductory Design Dialogue is explicitly suited to small offices, and the Design Narrative service covers both residential and commercial projects. If you have a café, studio, or office space in mind, reach out and we can discuss the scope.
